Privacy Policy
A clear placeholder for the policies that will apply as CantDecide.org grows.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Version 1 placeholder is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. A qualified lawyer should review and finalize it for the website owner, operating jurisdiction, hosting configuration, and any analytics, advertising, forms, or other data-collecting services before public launch.
1. Information we collect
CantDecide.org Version 1 does not offer user accounts, forms, comments, or purchases. The website does not intentionally ask you to submit personal information through the site.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. The final production host and its practices will be identified here before launch.
2. Random decision results
The YES or NO result is created in your browser. CantDecide.org does not save your result or connect it to an identity.
3. Cookies and local storage
Version 1 does not intentionally set cookies or use browser storage. If analytics, advertising, preferences, or other features are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those features are enabled.
4. Advertising and third-party services
CantDecide.org does not currently display third-party advertising. If services such as Google AdSense are introduced, this section will identify the provider, explain relevant cookie and data practices, link to applicable provider information, and describe available privacy choices.
5. Links to other websites
Future educational content may link to external sources. CantDecide.org is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
6. Data retention and security
No website can promise absolute security. Any future personal information collected by CantDecide.org will be limited to what is reasonably needed, protected with appropriate safeguards, and retained only as long as necessary for a stated purpose or legal obligation.
7. Children’s privacy
CantDecide.org is a general-audience website and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If a future feature changes that position, this policy and the feature will be reviewed before release.
8. Your choices and rights
Privacy rights vary by location. When CantDecide.org begins collecting personal information, this section will explain how visitors can make applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or consent-withdrawal requests.
9. Changes to this policy
This page will be updated when the website’s practices change. The “Last updated” date will show when a revision took effect.
10. Contact
